Installation Service Agreement

Last updated: September 5, 2026

This Installation Service Agreement applies whenever you purchase optional local installation service from Westchase Signs, in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

Property Access

By scheduling installation, you authorize Westchase Signs or its representative to access the exterior area of your property (mailbox, door, or other agreed installation location) at the scheduled appointment time.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Installation pricing assumes a standard, accessible mailbox or surface in reasonable condition. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, rust, or instability of the mailbox, post, door, or surface being worked on. If we identify a condition that could affect installation (e.g., a rotted post, unstable mounting surface), we will notify you before proceeding, and additional charges may apply for extra work required.

Liability

Westchase Signs will perform installation with reasonable care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Damage to a mailbox, post, door, or surface that was already compromised, deteriorated, or improperly installed prior to our service
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from installation delays or scheduling changes
  • Issues arising from unauthorized removal, modification, or repainting of installed products by the customer or others after installation

Our total liability for any installation-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the installation service itself.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the installation work itself (not the product), contact us within 7 days of installation and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge, per our Refund and Returns Policy.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled installation appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
