Westchase Signs warrants our workmanship — the cutting, spacing, and preparation of your custom vinyl mailbox numbers, monograms, and signage — to be free from defects for 90 days from the date of delivery.
We do not manufacture the vinyl material itself, and the material manufacturer does not provide a separate warranty to us or to you. Accordingly, this warranty covers workmanship only and does not extend to the longevity or performance of the vinyl material over time.
What This Warranty Covers
- Product arriving with an incorrect house number, text, or design that does not match what you ordered
- Product arriving damaged in transit
- Defects in cutting, spacing, or application backing present at the time of delivery
- Adhesive backing failing or peeling within the first 90 days under normal application and conditions
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Fading, cracking, discoloration, or wear of the vinyl material itself over time
- Damage caused by improper installation not performed by Westchase Signs
- Damage from accidents, impact, vandalism, extreme weather, or improper cleaning
- Normal wear and tear
- Any issue arising or reported after the 90-day period
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email contact@westchasesigns.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected product. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement of the affected piece at no charge.
Limitation
This warranty is the sole warranty provided and covers workmanship only, to the extent permitted by law. Remedies under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the affected product.
